Accelerated e-Licensing

ETDA supports the government sector to issue documents in electronic formats and speed up processing with XML schemas along with increasing reliability by using electronic signatures. Documents are readable to humans (PDF), machines (XML) and suitable for long-term storage. This led to the PDF/A-3 format which has properties allowing attachment of many types of files. If XML files are attached, the system can extract XML files for processing while users can read data from PDF files.
